Stag & Hen Videos

Planning an exciting weekend away rafting in Wales or posing in Prague, why not take one of our video cameras? We've got underwater helmet cams, comedy props and learn to dance DVDs that are not only comedy value but will make for a hilarious hen or stag video!

With our awesome video cameras and editing skills we could make you the stars of your own music video or extreme sports show and with prices starting from £499 you could share the cost and it won't break the bank!

Our basic "Stag and Hen Party" Package starts from £499 which includes:

• one Sony Broadcast Handicam (Friday - Monday)
• 3 hours of tapes
• tripod
• box of props and learn to dance DVD (optional!)
• delivery and collection
• insurance (more details about this in the FAQ's!)
• and all of the editing onto 1 fully authored DVD

We can add your choice of music, create name graphics, freeze frames and 'movie trailer' opening titles. We'd also be keen to hear any comedy ideas YOU may have for your hen and stag party video (so long as it's not too rude!).

The finished video will be 10 – 15 minutes long and will be burnt onto a DVD for the bride or groom and uploaded to the internet if it's not too naughty to share with everyone else.

This is a BRAND NEW package, hence only having one video to show you – but we're hoping for LOTS more this summer! Be brave – Shoot It Yourself!

What happens if we break the cameras? How do we make a booking? When will the cameras be delivered? How long will it take before we get our DVDs? What if some of the stuff we film isn't very 'appropriate'? Can we all get a copy of the finished thing on DVD?

What happens if we break the cameras?

This is people's first and biggest question when it comes to our Stag and Hen Party Packages.

All of our kits are fully insured with a £250 excess should we have to make a claim however we do expect you to take full responsibility for our cameras.

Our Stag and Hen Party Videos should be thought of as an 'activity' – you wouldn't be allowed white water rafting if you'd drunk 10 pints of lager – so please apply the same logic to operating our video cameras.

We will not edit footage that is filmed whilst 'out on the town' under the influence of alcohol. Not only does this invalidate our insurance but it defeats the point! We want to see comedy video diary messages, music videos and extreme sports adventures (only with the Go-Pro cameras) and we're sure that this is how you'd prefer to remember your Stag or Hen Party after all!

How do we make a booking?

In order to secure a booking, send us an email to check that we have availability for your date. We ask for 50% of the total cost of the package up front and the remaining 50% two weeks prior to the wedding date either by BACs or we can take cards over the phone.

When will the cameras be delivered?

The cameras will arrive by 12pm on the Friday and be collected between 9 – 5 on the Monday after the Stag or Hen Party. We are able to arrange for additional day's hire for £50 per day and this must be mentioned at the time of booking, not during the course of the weekend.

How long will it take before we get our DVDs?

With the best will in the world it usually takes between 6 – 8 weeks to finalise your stag or hen DVDs. Lots of time and energy goes into watching all of the footage, chosing the right music to set the right pace and adding our signature name titles and graphics. We are particularly busy during the main wedding season from June – September so it can take a little longer. Saying that, if you do want your DVDs in time to show at your wedding we could discuss an express service which means that you're video would jump straight to the front of the queue for an extra £100.

What if some of the stuff we film isn't very 'appropriate'?

There is nothing like a healthy bit of moony-ing in a stag or hen party video but I think that's where we draw the line. If there is something caught on cameras that probably would best be forgetten, we'd probably ring you personally and ask for your opinion. It does of course depend on whether you want us to produce a family friendly version of events but for the record if you break the law, it is our responsibility to take the appropriate action.

Can we all get a copy of the finished thing on DVD?

We charge £15 plus P&P for additional DVDs but we could reduce this to £10 for orders over 10.
