 How does payment work?

You'll pay a £200 deposit to secure the cameras for your wedding date, with the remaining amount payable up to 3 weeks before the big day. We use SagePay to process payments securely, enabling you to make payments in hassle-free instalments through your client account on our website. We do also offer staggered payment plans allowing you to pay after your wedding. If this sounds like something that would work better for you please get in touch and a member of our sales team will be happy to help!

 

I'm getting married abroad. Is this still for me?

Absolutely! Getting married abroad at a fabulous location with lots of activities planned around the wedding day makes having a wedding video all the more important! You can take our cameras away for 1 week and as well as a wedding video, we’ll edit you an extra holiday chapter!

 

What if I'm looking for something more bespoke?

Give us a call! If you're in need of something over and above our usual package options a member of our sales team will be able to work with you to put together something special just for you.

 

How will you know where the cameras need to be sent to?

As soon as you book with us an account will be created for you on our website. On here you will be able to fill in a Pre-Wedding Questionnaire to let us know the address(s) you would like us to use.

 

When will the cameras be delivered to me?

The cameras will be collected from our office by a national courier and they will be delivered to you 2 working days by midday before your wedding. The cameras can be delivered to any address and they will also need to be signed for.

 

How will I return the cameras to you??

We aim to make the return process as easy and simple as possible for you. We'll book on a collection with a national courier to come collect the cameras the next working day after your wedding. All you need to do is pack up the kit using the packaging tape and returns label provided and await for the driver to come and collect!.

 

Who will I ask to film my wedding?

We recommend asking 5 or 6 different friends before the big day and giving them time slots. They'll each get a small section of the day to film, that way no single person is burdened with lugging around a camera for the whole day! We want the filming to be as fun as possible and short bursts of filming with a purpose makes for brilliant footage to edit.

 

How will my friends know what to film?

We post top tip videos on our Facebook page and our blog which is a great resource for wedding inspiration. Our nifty online tutorials make sure your filmers feel totally comfortable but as you can see the cameras are literally point and shoot. Everything is online, just provide us with their email addresses and we do the rest! We also include a handy guide with your kit that goes over everything from how to set up the camera to all the important shots that need to be captured.

 

How do I use the video sharing app?

If you have booked our Two Camera Packages you get exclusive use to our app! All you need to do is download it, sign up, create a new project and share the event code with friends and family. Once everyone has uploaded their phone footage give us an email and we can download it!

 

How long does it take to edit a video?

Wedding video editing is not something to be rushed! Our editors allocate an entire week per video so that they can create the best product possible. It can take a maximum of 12 weeks for your video to be ready during our busy periods, but usually we'll have videos ready well under this time.

 

How will you know what to include in my video?

After your wedding you'll be able to fill in a Post Wedding Questionnaire, where you can tell us all your editing preferences and music choices. You’ll find this questionnaire on your account.

 

How will I receive my video?

Once we have finished editing your video we will send you a preview link for you to check and make sure you are 100% happy with your video. Once you are happy with your video email our Post Production Manager and she’ll post your USBs to you!

 

What if I want to make changes to my video?

We’re always happy to make changes as we want your video to be a perfect memory of your day. We charge a minimum of £50 for changes that are due to personal preference, due to the time it takes to re-edit.

 

What will I receive as a finished product?

Depending on what package you booked you will receive a 30 minute or 45 minute Best Bits video and your Ceremony and Speeches in full as extra chapters on a USB(s). We will also provide you with all of your Unedited Footage on a Hard Drive (excluding One Camera Package). If you’ve ordered any extra chapters, i.e. Movie Trailer, Marryoke, Holiday, Honeymoon, you will also receive them on your USB(s)!

 

What happens if the cameras get broken?

All of our cameras are fully insured, so in the case that a camera is damaged beyond repair there is a maximum £250 excess. This is very rare and out of the thousands of couples we've worked with only a handful of cameras have ever come back like this. The camcorders we use are really sturdy, but general wear and tear is to be expected!
